MalMitKI offers interactive drawing tools powered by artificial intelligence, virtual art tutorials, learning modules, and creative challenges. The services are intended for personal development, educational enrichment, and entertainment. MalMitKI does not certify artistic skill or offer formal education credits.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to interact with the platform respectfully and lawfully. You are responsible for the content you create or upload and must not use the platform to produce or share offensive, illegal, or harmful material. Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or exploit the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Limitation of Liability
MalMitKI provides AI-generated content and tools on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to offer a stable and inspiring experience, we do not warrant the availability, accuracy, or results of use. We disclaim all liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from use, including data loss, creative dissatisfaction, or hardware incompatibility.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, AI models, code, and platform features are the exclusive property of MalMitKI or its licensors. User-generated artworks remain the intellectual property of the user; however, by using our tools, you grant MalMitKI a non-exclusive license to display your creations within the platform for promotional or community purposes, unless you opt out via written request.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Canton of Zurich, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law.
Termination of Access
MalMitKI reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for users who violate these Terms, misuse the service, or compromise platform integrity. Users may terminate their own use at any time by ceasing to access the platform. Deletion of data may be requested in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.
Refund Policy
Where applicable, digital subscriptions or one-time payments are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required under Swiss consumer law. Any refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of transaction and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Effective Date
